Sharon: Some teachers get really frustrated at times for a student’s lack of effort too. I agree with you.

Wowsie: I’m not sure I understand what you are asking. If I were you, I would be sure that I followed the proper format for a great essay! ;-)

  7. avatar  Tara Harris Says:

Timeka: Thanks for letting me know. I’m so proud that you were responsible enough to ask for your work. Get better soon and You can get your missed work when you return!

Me: Sounds like a great topic! Let’s allow the team a chance to vote on it! You got me with this riddle. You have to tell me this one! I bet you “me” is someone from my enriched English class!

  8. avatar  me Says:

    Mrs.HD,

I still haven’t forgoten about the answer to the riddle.

HE WAS BEING TREATED FOR BLINDNESS AND THEY WERE UNDER A TUNNEL AND HE THOUGHT HE WAS STILL BLIND SO HE JUMPED OUT IN DISTRESS. :0

  9. avatar  ? Says:

    Mrs.HD,

This vocabulary is really hard to do in Enriched English!! We have to now sentence, synonym. antonym, definition, and part of speech!!!!! And plus we have to do it for 20 words!!!! That’s too much to remember. Couldn’t we just do like 5 words a week? Or if u don’t like that idea maybe u can assignh everyone 2 words every week and they wouldn’t know which word they would have 4 the oral test. So we would have less to worry about. U see does vocabulary tests are wats bringing the enriched class’s grades down!! plz plz plz????and we still have s.s, math, and science!!! THAT IS WAY TOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!! I’m not ready for tomorrows oral test either. I didn’t have time to study!!

    P.S: U r still a very awesome teacher!! =)

  10. avatar  kirby Says:

    Mrs.Harris,

You are an awesome teacher, but I didn’t feel as stressful when you gave us creative writing as essays. Essays were better back then. Sometimes, the narrative topics are just to hard. For example, you are a wonderful teacher, and I can’t think of how you can improve.

P.S. your shoes were sooooooo cute yesterday!! :o

  12. avatar  NAME NOT SHONE Says:

I have a riddle for you.

The person who makes it doesn’t want it. The person who buys it doesn’t use it. The person who uses it doesn’t see it. What is it?

    Can you solve it?

  13. avatar  Layahpooh Says:

    Mrs.Hd,
I read the sheet for harris hall and it says that we have to stay for the whole time in harris hall but I have band practice that I have to go to on Tuesday. Is it ok if I do my vocab first and then go to practice?

  15. avatar  !!?? Says:

what if you can’t make it to harris hall?what would we need to do then for make-up work?

  16. avatar  Tara Harris Says:

Me: You have great riddles that I can never figure out! Keep ‘em coming!

?: I believe that you if prepare yourself properly, you’ll be just fine. Middle school is a hard time and you have to be willing to manage your time wisely. I give you guys an entire week to work on 20 words. It may sound like a lot, but if you review five words for 4 days, and review for 3, then you can be well prepared for your tests!!!

Kirby: Thanks! You’re always so sweet! You are a phenomenal student!

Name not “shone”: The world would be a better place if we could have the simple things in life! :-) I would never risk you not being knowledgeable on several different types of essay topics! It’s required that you know several different essay formats in 7th grade. Being a well-rounded person will benefit you! Thanks for the compliment!

Layahpooh: Thanks! Yes, I do want time to myself at times, but you guys are a great group of students!
